Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; during a shift you will manage 3–30 people.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass MVR check.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• High personal standards and role modeling for the team.
• Willing to work when the team needs you, including weekends/holidays.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees during scheduled shift and set the tone.
• Responsible for all store operations and cash control.
• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure accuracy and speed.
• Operate cash register and collect payments; ensure product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance per grooming standards.
