Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and a valid driver's license.
• A great role model with high standards for punctuality, attitude, customer service and co-workers.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays when the team needs you most.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate products following recipes and portions.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and grooming standards.
