Job summary

Bueno is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, driving guest satisfaction and profitability while managing a high-performing team. This hands‑on leader ensures food quality, safety, and brand standards across daily operations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)
