Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant team and champion Meatcraft® excellence. You will guide performance, engagement, and training to deliver top-tier guest experiences and maintain brand standards across operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience, showcase exceptional customer service, and be eligible to work in the U.S. This role offers growth within Inspire Brands' family of restaurants.

Responsibilities

• As General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, safety, and guest satisfaction to uphold brand standards.
