Job summary

RPM Pizza, the largest Domino's franchise, seeks a General Manager in Indiana to lead store operations, coach teammates, ensure product quality, and drive local marketing with a focus on community involvement.

You will uphold RPM and Domino's standards, manage inventory and schedules, monitor safety, and aim for excellent customer service, profitable store performance, and 40+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Prior GM experience or AM4 status with DM approval.
• GMITO Class completed or equivalent.
• Store exceeds RPM Service Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver great customer experiences.
• Uphold health, safety, and security policies across all operations.
• Monitor inventory, scheduling, and labor to optimize profits.
• Ensure product quality and image standards daily.
• Drive local store marketing and community involvement.
• Provide training using RPM tools and on-the-job development.
• Manage cash handling and annual sales projections.
• Maintain adherence to RPM, Domino's, and state codes.
