RPM Pizza, the largest Domino’s franchise in the United States, seeks a General Manager to lead store operations and a motivated team. You will coach staff, uphold quality, manage local marketing and customer service, and drive overall performance with strict adherence to policies.

Success requires strong leadership, experience in high-volume environments, and a commitment to food safety. This full-time role offers growth and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Must be an AM4, or prior GM with DM approval and in good standing with RPM.
• Must have completed GMITO Class or equivalent and have a store ready AM4 as a replacement.
• Demonstrated high volume mentality and supervision in a store that exceeds RPM Service Standards.
• Must be able to pass all background and drug tests.
• Must have proficient math and technology skills.
• Be an RPM Brand Ambassador who upholds standards and consistently make perfect product (e.g., 60 second large pepperoni pizza).
• Must have a track record of training Team Members in product, service & image.
• Become Food Safety certified as required by area.

Responsabilidades

• Recognize, appreciate, and value the unique talents and contributions of all individuals.
• Lead Team Members with a positive, upbeat attitude while upholding RPM standards.
• Coach and monitor Safety & Security policies; ensure equipment is working.
• Utilize RPM Training tools and on-the-job training to develop Team Members.
• Adhere to RPM, Domino’s, and State health code standards; hold Team accountable.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, customer service, sales projections, local store marketing, and scheduling of the Team.
• Effectively manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve profits.
• Ensure all product, service, and image standards are upheld daily.
• Consistently work 40+ hours per week.
