Jimmy John’s in Michigan is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage food and labor costs, and recruit, hire, and train team members. You will drive world-class customer service, control inventory, supervise staff during rush periods, and ensure the store runs with integrity and efficiency.

This role requires leadership in a fast-paced setting, strong math and budgeting skills, and a hands-on approach to staff development. Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Manages a staff of 15–35 employees and supervises a manager team.
• Handles hiring, training, evaluation, discipline and termination.
• Provides on-the-job training for new employees.
• Oversees ordering, storage and issuing of supplies to minimize loss.
• Supervises food preparation and service during shifts.
• Manages cash drawers, deposits and change orders.
• Ensures 100% customer service quality.
• Coordinates routes and supervision of drivers for deliveries.
• Maintains daily, weekly and period paperwork with accuracy.
