Domino's Pizza in Virginia Beach is seeking a General Manager for the Independence Blvd location. You will run every aspect of the store, lead the team, and uphold high customer service and product quality standards.

You'll manage schedules and inventory, ensure strong store performance, and mentor staff. This role offers performance bonuses and growth paths into trainer or regional management.

• Organized, motivating and steady in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift

About the job

Our General Managers are the backbone of our business. You'll run every part of your store: leading the team, setting the bar for customer service and making sure every pizza is one we're proud of.

What you'll earn

Bonuses and incentives on top, tied to your store's results and profitability

Schedule

You’ll work weekends and at least 5 closing shifts a week, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is required.

Room to grow

After a year of successfully running a Two Sisters Pizza store, you can apply for franchise ownership. Prefer the corporate side? You can also move into Trainer or Regional Manager roles.
