Domino's Pizza General Manager on the ODU Campus leads all aspects of store operations to drive success and profitability. You’ll supervise staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold strict product quality standards to deliver standout pizzas.

You’ll also manage scheduling, place food orders, and monitor inventory while building a high-performing team. Weekend/closing shifts are required; growth into franchise ownership or management roles is possible.

Our General Managers are the backbone of our business. You'll run every part of your store: leading the team, setting the bar for customer service and making sure every pizza is one we're proud of.

What you'll earn

Bonuses and incentives on top, tied to your store's results and profitability

Schedule

You’ll work weekends and at least 5 closing shifts a week, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is required.

Room to grow

After a year of successfully running a Two Sisters Pizza store, you can apply for franchise ownership. Prefer the corporate side? You can also move into Trainer or Regional Manager roles.
