Sun Tan City - Mason Group in Johnson City, TN seeks an experienced leader to manage daily salon operations and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results. You will lead by example, maintain a client-focused atmosphere, and support the Salon Director in achieving targets.

Ideal candidates will have prior management or sales experience in the beauty or service sector, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work a 5-day week including evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do :

What We're Looking For:

Previous management and/or sales experience required

Beauty industry or customer service experience preferred

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Reliable transportation and ability to assist with bank deposits if needed

Ability to work a 5-day work week averaging 35-45 hours depending on position status

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to bend and clean tanning equipment

Ability to lift or assist with lifting supplies and boxes

Ability to bend to pick up towels, trash, and other items from the floor

Ability to perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
