Sun Tan City in Kingsport, TN is seeking motivated leaders to coach teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive results in a fast-paced salon environment. As a Salon Leader, you’ll help manage daily operations, lead by example in service and sales, and create a positive client-focused experience while maintaining a clean, professional setting.

Evening and weekend coverage may be required. Qualified candidates have prior management or sales experience and are ready to mentor staff,

What We’re Looking For

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable transportation and ability to assist with bank deposits if needed
• Ability to work a 5-day work week averaging 35–45 hours depending on position status

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend and clean tanning equipment
• Ability to lift or assist with lifting supplies and boxes
• Ability to bend to pick up towels, trash, and other items from the floor
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
