As a General Manager in Training, you will:
- Achieve performance goals related to Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
- Provide exceptional guest experiences as per our Service Level Standard
- Manage daily front desk operations
- Assist in overall business management
- Train and coach team members, including in-the-moment feedback
- Recruit, onboard, and train new front desk staff
- Educate clients on our services and benefits
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Maintain spa cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative tasks like sales reporting and cash handling
The GMIT role involves flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Role Requirements:
- Passion for customer service and people
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Willingness to travel for training and conferences
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets; experience with Zenoti or similar systems is a plus
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability
- Customer conflict resolution skills
