Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Voorhees, located at 700 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043, is seeking a dynamic Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will start focusing on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to future management roles. Promotion timelines depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, but our goal is continuous leadership development. Compensation Package: We offer a competitive package with an hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses. GMITs earn an average of up to $45,000 annually, based on performance.

As a GM in Training, you will:

• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
• Provide exceptional guest experiences as per our Service Level Standard
• Oversee daily front desk operations
• Assist in managing daily business functions
• Train, monitor, and coach team members
• Recruit, onboard, and train new front desk staff
• Educate clients on services and benefits
• Promote sales, promotions, and events
• Maintain spa cleanliness standards
• Handle administrative tasks like sales reporting and cash handling

The GMIT role involves a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with some travel for training or conferences.

Role Requirements:
