Role Overview

Operations Managers oversee daily operations to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. Job Functions

1. Manage multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
2. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept facility, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.
3. Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
4. Support the General Manager in task execution, scheduling, cash handling, and reporting.
5. Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities.
6. Collaborate in talent acquisition efforts.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of over $2 million.
• Experience with budgets and P&L statements for 2+ years.
• Supervisory experience with 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
