The Role

Our Management Training program leverages your leadership skills, aligns them with our business philosophy, and prepares you to run your own store as a General Manager within 6-12 months. We are more than a traditional dealership, focusing on customer experience rather than just sales price. We provide the training and tools to accelerate your career.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and strategic planning for sales goals.
  • Achieve sales volume and profitability objectives across all sales channels.
  • Implement and execute marketing initiatives to maximize impact and meet sales goals.
  • Train and develop employees for career advancement.
  • Develop relationships with referral sources and maintain positive partnerships.
  • Conduct sales meetings to motivate and share successful techniques.
  • Enhance customer relationships through excellent service.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong management skills and proactive leadership.
  • Willing to share ideas and learn new concepts.
  • Decisive, knowledgeable, and confident communicator.
  • Critical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure and team-oriented.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (College degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of management experience, preferably as a General Manager, Retail Manager, or Multi-Unit Manager.
  • Willing to relocate out of state after certification (9-12 months). Relocation assistance provided.
