Role Overview

Our Management Training program leverages your leadership skills, aligns them with our business philosophy, and prepares you to run your own store as a General Manager in 6-12 months. We are more than a traditional dealership! With our no-haggle, set-price approach, you can focus on the customer experience. We provide the training and tools to accelerate your career.

  • Provide guidance and strategic planning for sales goals.
  • Achieve sales volume and profitability objectives across all channels.
  • Implement and execute marketing initiatives to maximize impact and meet sales targets.
  • Train and develop employees for career advancement.
  • Identify and develop referral sources and maintain positive relationships.
  • Conduct sales meetings to motivate and share techniques.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through service.

  • Willingness to relocate out of state after certification (9-12 months).
  • Relocation assistance provided.
