Our Management Training program leverages your leadership skills, aligns them with our business philosophy, and prepares you to run your own store as a General Manager in 6-12 months. In detail, you will:

• Provide guidance and strategic planning for the dealership concerning sales goals.
• Achieve sales volume and profitability objectives utilizing all sales channels in a changing environment.
• Implement and execute marketing initiatives to maximize impact and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Train and develop employees to advance their careers.
• Identify and develop relationships with referral sources, creating strategies to maintain positive relationships.
• Conduct sales meetings to motivate staff and share successful techniques.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships through excellent service and sales operations.

The Specifics.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (College degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience as a General Manager, Retail Manager, or Multi-Unit Manager preferred.
• The ability to relocate out of state once certified as GM (after 9-12 months). Relocation assistance will be provided.
