The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to management roles. Compensation Package: Our GMITs earn an average annual compensation up to $45,000, with a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, depending on performance.
As a General Manager in Training, you will:
- Achieve performance goals related to Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
- Provide exceptional guest experiences aligned with our Service Level Standards
- Manage daily front desk operations
- Assist in overall business management
- Train, monitor, and coach team members
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
- Educate clients on services and enhancements
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Maintain spa cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative duties such as sales reporting and cash handling
The GMIT schedule includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
Role Requirements:
- Passion for customer service and people
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel for training or conferences
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets; knowledge of Zenoti is a plus
