The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will begin with a focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to future management opportunities. The timeline for promotion depends on market growth, role availability, and performance. Our goal is to develop our leadership team to be ready for elevated roles when opportunities arise. As a General Manager in Training, you will:
- Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance goals
- Provide exceptional guest experiences, measured by Service Level Standard scores
- Manage daily front desk operations
- Assist in managing overall business operations
- Train, monitor, and coach team members
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
- Maintain knowledge of services and educate clients
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Uphold cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative functions like sales reporting and cash handling
The GMIT schedule varies, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
