Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Denver is seeking a General Manager in Training to work with the club’s leadership, shape the club’s direction, and drive service, engagement and performance.

You will support a team of 150–300 staff and complete the Life Time Education trainings while learning on the job from the General Manager and Area Director. This salaried role includes mentoring Department Managers, managing budgets, and influencing daily operations to meet financial goals, while delivering a premier

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Attend General Manager Certification trainings and present the business plan.
• Perform daily walk‑through inspections to ensure club areas are clean and organized.
• Study Net Satisfaction Scores to ensure the best member experience.
• Monitor budgets and forecast revenue and expenses for each department.
• Mentor Department Managers with training and performance feedback.
• Co‑facilitate Weekly Department Manager Meetings.
• Participate in quarterly club assessments with leadership.
• Authorize hires, promotions, and status changes with Managers.
• Guide and execute the Manager on Duty program.
