Life Time, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Training to partner with current leadership to steer club direction, operations, and success. You will support customer service, team development, sales performance, and overall in-club performance while enrolling in the General Manager Certification.

You will work with a large team and participate in ongoing leadership development, coaching, and Life Time Way initiatives to deliver a memorable member experience.

Formación

• HS graduate or equivalent; 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• 3 years of experience in the fitness, hospitality or retail industry.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• CPR and AED certification.

Responsabilidades

• Attends required General Manager Certification trainings and presents on the business plan.
• Performs daily walk-through inspections to ensure club areas are clean, neat, organized, and like new.
• Studies Net Satisfaction Scores to ensure the best member experience.
• Monitors budgets and forecasts revenue and expenses for each department monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Monitors supplies, payroll, cost of goods, and expenses for each department monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Mentors Department Managers to ensure continuous growth through training, development, performance assessment and feedback.
• Co-facilitates Weekly Department Manager Meetings.
• Participates in a quarterly club assessment in partnership with the General Manager and Area Director.
• Authorizes new hires, promotions, employee status changes, and terminations with the Department Managers.
• Guides and executes monthly Manager on Duty program.
