The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales and fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to future management roles. GMITs can earn up to $44,000 annually, depending on performance.
As a General Manager in Training, you will:
- Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
- Provide exceptional guest experiences as per our Service Level Standard scores
- Manage daily front desk operations
- Assist the General Manager in overall business operations
- Train, monitor, and coach team members
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
- Maintain knowledge of our services and educate clients on benefits
- Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately
- Uphold cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as sales reporting and cash handling
The GMIT schedule varies, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
