Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Kingstowne is seeking a dynamic Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels at driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to future management roles. Promotions depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, but our goal is to develop leadership internally.

Compensation Package: Our competitive package includes an hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with average annual earnings up to $44,000 depending on performance.

As a GMIT, you will:

  • Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
  • Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily front desk operations
  • Assist in overall business management
  • Train, coach, and monitor team members
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new front desk staff
  • Educate clients about services and promotions
  • Promote sales and events passionately
  • Maintain spa cleanliness standards
  • Handle administrative tasks like sales reporting and cash handling

The schedule varies, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.

Role Requirements

  • Passion for excellent service and people
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Willingness to travel for training or conferences
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs; knowledge of Zenoti is a plus
