The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to management roles. Promotion timelines depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, but our goal is continuous leadership development. As a General Manager in Training, you will:
- Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
- Provide exceptional guest experiences, measured by our Service Level Standard scores
- Manage daily front desk operations
- Assist in overall business operations
- Train, monitor, and coach team members
- Recruit, onboard, and train new front desk staff
- Educate clients on services and benefits
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Maintain spa cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative functions such as sales reporting and cash handling
The GMIT role involves a varied schedule, including weekends, days, nights, and holidays; flexible availability is preferred.
Role Requirements
