Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 2 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Store sales management and volume control.
• Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage profit margins and scheduling.
• Create employee schedules and place inventory orders.
• Lead employee training and set an example.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
