Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is growing in Minnesota and is seeking General Managers in training. You will lead store operations, oversee sales, quality of service and customer satisfaction while developing your team and managing daily tasks.

During training you’ll complete certifications, with a period-based bonus and the potential to advance into a store leadership role. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store sales, volume, quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Create employee schedules and lead training programs.
• Lead the management team and participate in meetings and strategy sessions.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and overall store performance.
