Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in Minnesota is seeking a General Manager in training to lead store operations, grow sales, and drive a high standard of service. You’ll develop the team, manage daily duties, and contribute to store profitability in a fast-paced environment.

After training, you’ll be responsible for scheduling, inventory, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting Jersey Mike’s culture of growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 2 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store sales and volume.
• Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage profit margin and scheduling.
• Place inventory orders and lead training.
• Participate in management meetings and strategy sessions.
