Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead a high-energy team, drive service excellence, grow sales, and keep daily operations running smoothly with a culture that rewards performance.

You will coach staff, schedule shifts, monitor key metrics, maintain brand standards, and deliver a premium tanning experience for clients while fostering development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience.
• Leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
