Job summary

Sun Tan City in Grand Island, NE is seeking an Assistant Salon Director who keeps the salon on track, coaches the team, and makes every client interaction shine.

You will lead by example in sales and service, oversee scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience, develop promotions, and guide ongoing training to ensure operational excellence and growth into salon leadership.
