The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will begin your career focusing on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance. Compensation Package: We offer a competitive package with an hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with average annual compensation up to $45,000 depending on performance.
As a General Manager in Training, you will:
- Achieve performance goals related to Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance goals
- Provide exceptional guest experiences, measured by our Service Level Standard scores
- Manage daily front desk operations
- Assist in overall business management
- Train, monitor, and coach team members
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
- Educate clients on services and enhancements
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Maintain spa cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative functions like sales reporting and cash handling
The GMIT schedule includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays; flexible availability is preferred.
Role Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets; knowledge of Zenoti is a plus
