Responsibilities
- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards.
- Provide great customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality, ensure store cleanliness, manage marketing and profitability.
Qualificationsh3>
- Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Communication skills: convey written and verbal instructions, process orders over phone and in person.
- Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, handle monetary change.
- Motor coordination to quickly and accurately make precise movements.
- Ability to enter orders using computer or touch screen.
- Drive a company vehicle with a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and insured vehicle available.
- Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes while carrying product.
- Physical demands: walking, climbing stairs, carrying up to 50 lb, standing, and occasional pushing and pulling.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Varying temperatures from 36 °F to 90 °F+.
- Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F.
- Varying working conditions such as weather when delivering, and outdoor tasks.
- Requires standing, walking, and moving quick.

- High attention to detail and quality control standards.
- Decisiveness and judgment under stress.
- Ability to work alone or with a team.
- Excellent vision, hearing, and depth perception for in‑store tasks.
