General Manager-In-Training

Many of our franchisees started as delivery drivers and worked their way up to owning multiple locations. If you're considering further education, our training provides a paid educational experience. Typically, a trainee can learn our systems and be managing their own store within a year.

In your first year as a manager, you could earn up to $85,000 annually. After one year, you might choose to franchise independently or explore other advancement paths such as Training Implementation Specialists, District Managers, Operations Directors, or Marketing Directors—all filled from within our company.

We currently operate 21 locations between Bloomington, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky, with plans for rapid expansion through acquisitions and new builds. We offer an aggressive bonus plan for managers willing to take on new locations, with the last General Manager earning over $32,000 in bonuses and advancing to District Manager.

Regarding training and pay: our progression is based on experience and internal promotion. Starting as a delivery driver, you'll learn the business from the ground up, which will prepare you to lead. After gaining experience, you'll become a certified pizza maker, then progress through three management training levels, becoming eligible to run your own store. The timeline depends on your availability. Throughout this process, you'll earn pay at each level, with an expected minimum income of $52,000 in your first year, including tips, mileage, wages, and bonuses, working 45-50 hours per week.

Our highest-paid manager earned over $145,000 last year, starting as a delivery driver. Please note that there are no shortcuts in training; success depends on your experience and attitude.
