Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Sterling, VA is seeking an accomplished General Manager to own the guest experience and the financial performance of the center. You will lead operations across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar and events, building a high-performing team and a culture of hospitality.

You will drive daily sales, manage the full P&L, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction during peak periods with a floor-first leadership approach and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume, guest-focused venues.
• Track record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Strong P&L management including budgeting and cost control.

The Role

What You'll Bring

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue (entertainment, hospitality, or full-service restaurant)
• A proven record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control
• A track record of building and developing leadership teams from the ground up
• A visible, floor-first leadership presence, especially during peak periods
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
