Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, the team, the financials, and the culture of the center, leading from the floor and building a place guests want to return to.

You will lead operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, ensuring peak performance, strong team development, and exceptional hospitality. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high‑volume, guest‑focused venue (entertainment, hospitality, or full‑service restaurant).
• A proven record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• A track record of building and developing leadership teams from the ground up.
• A visible, floor‑first leadership presence, especially during peak periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
