Responsibilities

• Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure

• Appropriately responding to and resolving guest concerns
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting
• Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
• Hotel Asset preservation including supervising maintenance, renovations, and furnishings
• Maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates
• Maintaining inspections of the property as identified by the organization and brand
• Ensure the property meets brand guidelines and expectations for service and all standards
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
