7th Street Burger is hiring a General Manager in New York to own the shop’s P&L, lead a high‑performing team, and drive profitable growth. You’ll hire and train staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory and costs, and ensure top-quality guest experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in high-volume restaurant leadership, willingness to obtain food safety certification, and flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant or QSR location.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
• Comfortable managing P&L, scheduling, and inventory.
• Food safety certification, or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexible availability for late nights (3:00am), weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!

Annual Compensation:$67,000 + Profit Sharing Bonus, with potential to earn $100,000+ of total compensation!
