Job summary

Dash In in Charlotte, NC seeks a General Manager to lead a high-performing store team, drive guest experiences, and deliver strong financial results.

You will oversee all aspects of operations, including inventory, merchandising, foodservice, and safety, while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. This role requires flexibility for a 24/7 operation and travel to related locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment such as retail, foodservice, hospitality, or convenience retail.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team focused on guest experiences, operations, and financial results.
• Oversee store P&L, drive sales and profitability, and ensure brand standards.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, safety, and foodservice operations.”
