Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff.
• Flexible to a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality and safety.
• Interview, hire and train crew and management staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet demand.
• Drive growth by improving service, sales and guest experience.
• Coach, counsel and develop team members for performance.
