Job summary

The Integration Group of Americas Inc. (TIGA) is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead business operations, drive growth, and oversee financial performance for its systems integration and engineering services business.

This role covers strategic leadership, operational excellence, business development, and customer relationships while aligning with company objectives. Responsibilities include managing P&L, budgets, and forecasts; driving revenue, profitability, and market expansion;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in industrial services, automation, systems integration, manufacturing, energy, or Oil & Gas.
• 7+ years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for multiple departments or large-scale operations.
• Proven success managing P&L performance and driving profitable growth.
• Strong background in operations, project execution, strategic planning, and team development.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

About The Role
