This salaried, full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving profitability and growth. You will own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic sales/marketing initiatives, recruit and develop a high‑performing team, and maintain top safety and service standards in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing P&L and budgets in a high-volume venue.
• Strong leadership for a large, diverse team across shifts.
• Track record in sales/marketing and guest engagement in entertainment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and profitable performance.
• Manage all P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and customer engagement.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
