The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, customer service, product quality and team development while executing the company’s values and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Retail or restaurant GM experience preferred; strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage P&L and execute a business plan.
• Experience hiring seasonal workers a plus.
• Strong coaching and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and achieve performance goals in sales, customer service, product quality and staff development.
• Participate in a multi-week training program with experienced trainers.
• Make decisions using provided tools and resources; we hire you to lead, not just to make sandwiches.
