Job summary

Fort Wayne Wendy’s franchise location seeks a General Manager to drive sales, profits and customer satisfaction. You will staff, train and lead the store team, control costs, plan and manage the budget, and execute local marketing with the District Manager’s guidance.

You will oversee operations, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, and maintain strong working relationships with the DM and staff. College degree or equivalent ops experience preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Executes store plan to achieve sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
• Hires, trains and develops management personnel; ensures adequate staffing and bench strength.
• Manages budgeting, cost control and P&L reporting; communicates variances and corrective actions.
• Develops and executes local store marketing plans to promote Wendy's in the community.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and health/safety standards.
