Job summary

VGW is seeking a General Manager for Chumba Casino to lead our flagship product across Europe or the US. You will own strategy, commercial results, and the multidisciplinary teams delivering them, with hands-on involvement to diagnose issues and implement fixes that move the needle.

You will build market insight, set strategy, and drive live ops, product, and growth bets aligned to market realities. You will lead 100+ professionals across locations, ensuring alignment, accountability and impact

Qualifications

10+ years in digital commercial leadership, incl. owning P&L for large-scale apps or games.
Experience in social casino, real money gaming, or comparable high-stakes consumer apps.
Fluent with data and able to explain KPIs in business terms.

Responsibilities

Own Chumba P&L end to end, including revenue, gross margin, and ROI.
Set strategy and roadmap using market view, align product, live ops and growth bets.
Diagnose performance drivers, challenge KPI definitions, and guide teams to fixes.
Set commercial goals for product and live ops and ensure plans hit targets.
Build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed teams while staying close to work.
