Job summary

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii, seeks a full-time General Manager for the HalePlus Division to lead growth and financial performance, and to shape product, vendor, sales and business development strategies with oversight from the HalePlus leadership team.

The ideal candidate has seven+ years in construction or related industries, proven leadership and budgeting experience, a construction-related degree, and a valid driver's license; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in construction, modular building, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Previous leadership and people management experience required.
• Experience leading business operations, including financial performance and budgeting.
• Construction-related degree or equivalent combination of technical training and relevant experience required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Job description

The expected pay range for a General Manager for our HalePlus Division in Keaau, Hawaii is $105,700 to $158,500 per year plus bonus. The pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time General Manager with our HalePlus Division to be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and financial performance of the HalePlus business line. This role develops and executes product, vendor, sales, and business development strategies while providing program-level oversight of project execution through the HalePlus leadership team. The HalePlus General Manager is accountable for achieving HalePlus growth, quality, customer experience, and profitability objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in construction, modular building, manufacturing, or a related industry
• Previous leadership and people management experience required
• Previous experience leading business operations, including financial performance and budgeting
• Construction-related degree or equivalent combination of technical training and relevant experience required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required
