Job summary

HPM Building Supply in Hilo, Hawaii seeks a Marketing Specialist to provide administrative, creative and coordination support for daily marketing tasks, promotional events and campaigns. The role includes creating marketing materials and handling general marketing and communication projects.

The position is based in Hilo with some evening, weekend, and overnight work and travel within Hawaii for events. A valid driver's license is required and 3–5+ years in marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for design tasks.

The expected pay range for the Marketing Specialist in Hilo is $48,000 to $66,200 a year. Pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.

in Hilo, Hawaii, is seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist to provide administrative, creative and coordination support, assisting with daily marketing tasks, promotional events and campaigns, and creating marketing materials and general marketing and communication projects.

• Monday - Friday
• May require some evening, weekend, and overnight work and travel within the state of Hawaii to assist with HPM events

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver's license is required
• Experience with marketing, digital marketing or advertising programs with minimum of 3 years and ideally 5+ years experience
• Assist with general marketing projects and campaigns
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design, photo and video editing programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred but not required
• Must exemplify accountability and display leadership qualities
