Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation seeks an experienced General Manager to lead its Professional Services Business Unit and oversee subsidiaries Midnight Sun Technologies, LLC and Midnight Sun Professional Solutions, LLC. The role focuses on strategic growth, contract performance, and regulatory compliance across federal agencies.

The GM will drive BD, oversee budgets, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery under FAR/DFAR and SCA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Public Policy, or a related field required.
• 10 years of professional services management experience, with at least 5 years leading federal government contracts.
• Proven record of growing federal service portfolios across both DoD and Civilian agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of federal professional services contracts, from opportunity identification through closeout, ensuring exceptional contract performance, timely delivery, customer satisfaction and adherence to approved budgets and schedules.
• Lead and execute business development (BD), strategic growth planning, capture management, bid development, pricing, proposal development and submission, and contract negotiations to secure new federal contracts and expand the company's existing portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to applicable federal regulations including the FAR, DFAR, SCA, and agency-specific compliance standards.
• Direct and mentor program managers, project leads, subject matter experts, and support staff to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Act as the primary liaison with federal clients across DoD/DoW and civilian agencies, driving client satisfaction and contract retention.
• Develop and manage business unit operating budgets and forecasts; monitor financial performance, cost control, contract profitability, and top-line revenue growth.
