Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation (KIC) seeks an executive to lead its Professional Services Business Unit and serve as General Manager for Midnight Sun Technologies, LLC, and Midnight Sun Professional Solutions, LLC. The role drives strategic growth, BD, and operational oversight of federal contracts across DoD/DoW and civilian agencies.

The candidate will ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR/SCA, manage budgets and performance, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-value service programs

Qualifications

• Experience leading federal professional services contracts and business development.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and programs.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFAR, SCA, and agency compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee federal professional services contracts from opportunity through closeout.
• Drive business development, capture management, bid and proposal development, and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, SCA, and agency requirements.
• Mentor program managers and staff to align with company goals.
• Interface with DoD/DoW and civilian agencies to maintain client satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and top-line revenue; manage forecasts.
