Responsibilities

• Oversee BD, capture management, pricing, proposals, and negotiations for new contracts.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, SCA, and agency-specific standards.
• Direct and mentor program managers and staff to align with goals.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, and contract profitability; report to senior leadership.
