Taco Bell in Milltown, NJ is seeking a General Manager who leads all people and operations of the restaurant, ensuring great food and service for every guest.

As GM you’ll coach Shift Managers and Crew Members, drive operations on fast-paced shifts, monitor food safety, and manage schedules. We value flexibility, teamwork and a passion for the Taco Bell family.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience leading people.
• High School diploma or some college.
• Ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.

• General Manager is in charge of all people and operations for a Taco Bell restaurant.
• General manager and the Team treat customers like family.
• General manager, Shift Managers and Crew Members how to do it right, and make sure every shift is better than the last.
