Qualifications

• Must live in or moving to the Denver Metro area.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or food service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Log in to RapidHire daily to ensure hiring the best people possible.
• Review feedback with management team from Director of Operations/District Manager.
• Drive with one driver each week at your store, and give feedback on efficiency.
• Review SUTUS reports daily and work on reducing calls on hold and improving call answer times to 2 rings.
• Keep detailed notes on free items given away daily and maintain clean, well-maintained restaurants.
